Certainly, maternity portraits are a special way to capture the beauty and anticipation of motherhood. You should plan to capture your maternity session between 28-36 weeks. During this time you are able to move freely and your belly is nicely rounded. Second, make sure to wear something that makes you feel beautiful and confident. Currently, I offer a limited wardrobe for my studio maternity clients. However, during your styling consultation we will discuss styling options and places where you can shop for your session. Last but not least, bring items and props that are meaningful to you and your family. Things to consider are sonogram pictures, baby clothes or shoes, or including your spouse/partner. Including personal touches will make your maternity session unique to you.
